Your deposit secures your photo session date, and is fully credited in your final purchase.

Deposits are required within 7 days from the date of booking confirmation to secure your photo session date.

A private online gallery will be ready to view within 7 days after the photo session.

If you are unable to attend your shoot, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 days before your photo session date.

The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your photo session within 2 days of your shoot without rebooking.

All images are guaranteed to be stored for 5 years from the photo session date.

Images may still be available several years after the photo session, so always get in contact to check.

The photographer owns the copyright of all photos, and has the right to use any image for promotional use.

Any additional print orders above £500 is entitled to a 5% discount if paid in full.
